General Info

Welcome to The North Lake Travis Chapter of the Southern Cruisers Riding Club, Chapter #351 of an international motorcycle Riding Club with over 27,000 members worldwide in over 400 chapters. We're a non-brand specific club and we welcome riders of all makes.

We are chartered with the Texas Confederation of Clubs, the TMRA and the UCOA.

We offer a no dues, few commitments environment. Participate at least once per quarter (make a club ride, or come to a meeting). That's it!

We do, however, ask a few things from our members:

Take the time to learn our riding rules, don't do anything to give the club a bad name, and, above all else, ALWAYS RIDE SAFE!

The chapter can and will be involved with charity fund raising rides, local and long distance rides, club dinner rides, and of course the impromptu (or finger-in-the-wind) rides which may lead us anywhere. We also promote Motorcycle and Public Safety rules,

Cost for membership is FREE. The club patch is optional and costs only $37.50. T-shirts and other items are also optional and are available from the Club Store.

Meetings

The chapter as a whole has very few scheduled meetings, We like to spend our time riding.  Chapter Meetings will be announced by an email from the First Officer or the Second Officer.

Chapter Operations

The chapter is composed of the general membership and the voluntary officers.

We will support charitable organizations by attending or organizing and/or staffing rides benefiting these organizations. You are NOT required to participate.

Members and officers are expected to observe the Code of Conduct at all times.

There is no chapter club house or standard meeting spot – we follow the ride calendar and the rides posted on our forum.

We hold Chapter meetings (optional) for ride planning and chapter business. To vote on chapter issues or make changes to the day-to-day operation you have to attend the meeting, this meeting is listed on the ride calendar and you will receive an e-mail before the meeting from the First Officer.
